Creative Office

MINGLEは、プロダクト、建築、グラフィック、アート、音楽、写真、映像、テクノロジーなど、異なる領域を専門とするデザイナーやクリエイターが集う、アート＆デザインを軸としたクリエイティブオフィスです。
それぞれの領域を越境し、混ざり合うことで、単一の領域では生まれ得ない複合的なデザインを生み出しています。

MINGLE is an art- and design–driven creative office formed by designers and creators specializing in diverse fields, including product design, architecture, graphic design, art, music, photography, film, and technology.
By crossing disciplinary boundaries and allowing these fields to intersect, we create hybrid forms of design that could not emerge from any single discipline alone.

価値観やモノのあり方が急速に更新される時代において、私たちは「新しさ」を目的化するのではなく、いまの暮らしや社会の中で機能し、持続していくデザインを探求しています。
MINGLEのデザインが、意識されることなく自然に人や環境、日常に溶け込み、使われ、育っていくこと、使われながら思考や行動を更新していく存在となること。
そのための創造と研究、実装をこれからも続けていきます。

In a time when values and the nature of objects are constantly being redefined, we do not pursue “newness” as an end in itself. Instead, we explore design that functions within everyday life and society, and that can be sustained over time.
We aim for our work to blend naturally into people’s lives and environments—quietly used, continuously evolving, and capable of reshaping ways of thinking and acting through use.
Through ongoing creation, research, and implementation, we continue to develop design that grows with society.

    COCORO KAWAKAMI

    Designer

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。Design Experienceを専攻とする研究室を修了。
    MINGLE Design Officeに入社し、現在はデザイナーとしてグラフィックから空間まで広く手がける。
    文化がつくられていく過程に興味を持ち、人々が自ら考え行うデザインを実践。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts, in the Design Experience laboratory.
    Joined MINGLE Design Office and currently works as a designer across a wide range of fields, from graphic design to spatial design.
    Interested in the processes through which culture is formed, and practices design that encourages people to think and act for themselves.

  • 斎藤 嵩

    SHU SAITO

    Director / Designer

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。
    その後プロダクトデザイナーとしてオフィス家具メーカーに勤務。主にオフィス家具の商品開発に携わり、新商品の企画・開発から自社工場での実施設計まで、ものづくりにおける幅広いポジションを経験。
    ”Creative For Resilience”をテーマに、工業デザインのみならず、企業ブランディングや空間デザイン、CGビジュアライズなど、自身の領域を拡大しながらデザインやクリエーションによる企業サポートを行う。
    2022〜DEARA.合同会社を設立。DEARA.代表
    現在東京藝術大学デザイン科テクニカルインストラクター。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts.
    Afterward worked as a product designer at an office furniture manufacturer, primarily engaged in the development of office furniture products. Gained broad experience across the manufacturing process, from planning and development of new products to detailed design implementation at the company’s own factory.
    Under the theme “Creative For Resilience,” expands beyond industrial design to support companies through design and creative practices, including corporate branding, spatial design, and CG visualization.
    Founded DEARA. LLC in 2022 and serves as its Representative.
    Currently works as a Technical Instructor in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts.

    KAGEYOSHI KOYANAGI

    Painter / Illustrator

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。
    修了後は画業を中心に活動中。青果物・動物・樹木等と小人物を組み合わせて独自の世界を構築。百貨店での個展や研究室企画のグループ展等に多数出品。
    サントリー白州広告「森の蒸溜所」原画制作・朝日新聞社法廷画制作・東京藝術大学広報誌「藝える」挿絵制作　他
    〜2024東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts.
    After graduation, has been active primarily as a painter. Constructs a distinctive world by combining fruits and vegetables, animals, trees, and small human figures. Has exhibited extensively in solo exhibitions at department stores and in laboratory-organized group exhibitions.
    Created the original artwork for Suntory Hakushu’s advertisement “Forest Distillery,” courtroom sketches for The Asahi Shimbun Company, and illustrations for Tokyo University of the Arts’ public relations magazine “Geieru,” among other projects.
    Served as Educational and Research Assistant in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts until 2024.

  • 猪飼 俊介

    SHUNSUKE IKAI

    Art Director / Designer

    ロンドン芸術大学卒業。現在東京藝術大学デザイン科テクニカルインストラクター。
    グラフィックデザインを軸に、デジタルとアナログ技術の融合した作品を制作。
    活版印刷の技法まで掘り下げたアナログ印刷表現の研究や、植物標本や陶器などの立体作品やアートブックの制作等を制作。
    2019〜印刷所カフェ「 PRINT + PLANT」運営。

    Graduated from the University of the Arts London. Currently serves as Technical Instructor in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts.
    With graphic design at the core of practice, creates works that integrate digital and analog techniques. Conducts in-depth research into analog print expressions, including letterpress printing, and produces three-dimensional works and art books featuring botanical specimens and ceramics.
    Since 2019, operates the print studio café “PRINT + PLANT.”

  • 澤村 祐介

    YUSUKE SAWAMURA

    Graphic / Web Designer

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。
    修士課程にてiichikoのポスターやCMなどで知られ、日本を代表するアートディレクター河北秀也氏を師事。
    現在、グラフィックデザイン、WEBディレクション、デザインコンサル、カフェディレクション、など幅広いジャンルで活動中。
    〜2025東京藝術大学デザイン科テクニカルインストラクター。主にシルクスクリーン、およびデジタル印刷を専門に指導。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts.
    During the master’s program, studied under Shuya Kawabe, one of Japan’s leading art directors known for the iichiko posters and commercials.
    Currently active across a wide range of fields, including graphic design, web direction, design consulting, and café direction.
    Served as Technical Instructor in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts until 2025, primarily teaching silkscreen and digital printing.

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、留学しDarmasiswa Indonesian Scholarship/ Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta修了。その後東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。Young Leadership Program Israel 参加。
    その後東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手。帰国後からカメラマン、グラフィックデザイナー、プランナーとして活動。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts. Studied abroad under the Darmasiswa Indonesian Scholarship and completed the program at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta. Subsequently completed the Master’s Program in Design at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. Participated in the Young Leadership Program Israel.

    TARO PETER LITTLE

    Sound / Graphic / Web Designer

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了、同大学大学院前期修士課程音楽研究科音楽文化学音楽音響専攻修了、同大学大学院前期博士課程音楽研究科音楽文化学音楽音響専攻単位取得退学。
    乃木坂46 シングル「命は美しい」「太陽ノック」のペアPVへの楽曲提供をはじめ、映画音楽や映像音楽などを手がける。
    東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手・助教。現在東京藝術大学デザイン科テクニカルインストラクター。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts. Also completed the Master’s Program in Music Acoustics, Department of Music Culture Studies, Graduate School of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts, and withdrew from the Doctoral Program in the same field after fulfilling coursework requirements.
    Provided music for the paired promotional videos of Nogizaka46’s singles “Inochi wa Utsukushii” and “Taiyo Knock,” and has composed for film and visual media projects.
    Served as Educational and Research Assistant and Assistant Professor in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently works as a Technical Instructor in the same department.

    TETSUYA ONO

    Modeler / Artist

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。アーティストとして日本のフィクションに登場するメカデザインをモチーフとした彫刻作品を制作。また展示空間のデザインやスチール撮影業務などクリエイティブの場に於いて広く活動をしている。
    東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手、助教として勤務した後、現在共立女子大学にて助教。東京藝術大学にて非常勤講師。

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the same university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts.
    As an artist, creates sculptural works inspired by mechanical designs appearing in Japanese fiction. Also works broadly across creative fields, including exhibition space design and still photography production.

    KENTARO TERADA

    Interior Designer

    多摩美術大学美術学部環境デザイン学科卒業、東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。
    空間をデザインすることは、感動するものや落ち着くものなど、人の五感に直接訴えかけるようなものがデザインではないかと考える。空間を操作することで、人の五感に訴える、またそれを超えた「その先」を感じることの出来るような空間作りを常に思考。
    東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手を経て、現在同大学GEIDAI FACTORY LAB テクニカルインストラクター。〜2022多摩美術大学非常勤講師。〜2023愛知県立芸術大学非常勤講師。

    Graduated from the Department of Environmental Design, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tama Art University, and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts.
    Believes that designing space is about creating experiences that directly appeal to the human senses—whether moving or calming. By manipulating space, continually explores how to evoke not only the five senses but also something beyond them—an experience that reaches further.
    After serving as an Educational and Research Assistant in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts, currently works as a Technical Instructor at GEIDAI FACTORY LAB, Tokyo University of the Arts.
    Part-time Lecturer at Tama Art University (until 2022) and Aichi University of the Arts (until 2023).

  • 垂見 幸哉

    KOYA TARUMI

    Artist / Designer

    1987年岐阜県生まれ、静岡県在住。
    2012年東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、2014年同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。デザインの視点から想像思考のコミュニケーションを目的とした意識のデザインを考察。専門知識と既存概念にとらわれず、美術と音楽の領域を横断して活動している。
    現在、東京藝術大学デザイン科助教、常葉大学造形学部非常勤講師。

    Graduated from the Design Department,Tokyo University of the Arts,completed the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Design Program.
    Explores the design of awareness aimed at imaginative, design-led communication.
    Works across art and music, free from disciplinary boundaries and fixed concepts.
    Served as Research Assistant and Assistant Professor in the Design Department, Tokyo University of the Arts.
    After a full-time lectureship at Tokoha University , currently Technical Instructor in the Design Department, Tokyo University of the Arts, and Part-time Lecturer at Tokoha University.

    SATOSHI SASAKI

    CEO / Director

    東京藝術大学デザイン科卒業、同大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻修了。
    その後プロダクトデザイナーとしてオフィス家具メーカーに勤務。主にデスクや収納、病院家具、ロボットのデザインを担当。
    東京藝術大学デザイン科教育研究助手、助教として勤務した後、従来のデザインとは異なった領域と繋がり協同するデザイン企業「MINGLE Design Office」をたちあげ法人化し現在に至る。
    現在東京藝術大学特任准教授・多摩美術大学非常勤講師・東京都交通局広告デザイン審査委員。他

    Graduated from the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the Master’s Program in Design at the university’s Graduate School of Fine Arts.
    Afterward worked as a product designer at an office furniture manufacturer, primarily responsible for the design of desks, storage systems, hospital furniture, and robots.
    Following appointments as Educational and Research Assistant and Assistant Professor in the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts, founded and incorporated MINGLE Design Office, a design company that collaborates across fields beyond conventional design disciplines.
    Currently serves as Specially Appointed Associate Professor at Tokyo University of the Arts, Part-time Lecturer at Tama Art University, and Member of the Advertising Design Review Committee of the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation, among other roles.
